Quiet area close to downtown for walking, but far enough away for a completely silent experience. Tucked away on a very small residential street and backing up to a lovely park (Peabody Park). A large lot offers plenty of space and privacy. Your host lives in this same area.
Walking to the Lawrence/Downtown area is quick and easy, and the city is very easy to navigate. If you don`t have a car, the bus station is downtown, and there is an abundance of Uber and Lyft drivers to take you anywhere you`d like to go. You can get to pretty much ANY spot in the city in 15 minutes or less.
- We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in.
- Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home.
- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine
- Absolutely NO parties.
- Well-trained dogs are allowed with a pet fee. We ask that you keep them off the furniture/beds and make sure to clean up after them outside. NO Cats.

The host was very attentive to all my questions and offering to help with anything we might need . The kitchen had any and everything you might need to cook a meal . The neighbor hood was adorable and very family oriented. We would definitely stay again .

This is a great property! The owner is very responsive, the kitchen is well-stocked with glasses, dishes, utensils and cookware. These owners thought of everything! They even have chargers for your electronics in every room. Nice touch! The place was really cute and clean! It is about a 20-30 minute walk to the action on College Ave-or a 10-15 ride share. Well worth it and would book again.

Great place for a family to relax
Its a lovely home. Beautiful kitchen with all the amenities. The deck was great and nice to sit out on with the kids. We liked the neighborhood quiet and near a few parks to walk around and playgrounds for kids to play in. The location was also good near the main street with restaurants and coffee shops. We would stay here again! The host definitely paid attention to all of the small details that guests would need extra towels, tissue boxes, phone chargers in different rooms and more.Thanks for a great stay!
