Book Premier Inn Apensen accommodation from AU$125

Thank y'all!

This hotel was really fantastic compared to one I booked nearby two years ago which was really nowhere as good as this one (Hotel Furst Bismark). The reception people were extremely helpful with suggestions for places to visit, making sure that I liked my room, especially the receptionist who fixed the broken safe in my room and also arranged for me to get a taxi on the day that I weas leaving. To me, these reception went over and above to make my stay a successful one - AAAAAAAAAA+++++++

Little noisy outside for first floor rooms

No hot water.... cold shower and cold wash, was not inclined to have breakfast thereafter. A basic response from receptionist re hot water, with no offer to compensate, left the hotel feeling unwelcomed and poor customer service For such a prestigious hotel, we expected a better experience. We won't be returning here. Poor

Clean room and large but breakfast was absolute chaos. The space was far too small for the number of people that were there. You couldn’t move around without bumping into people or have them bump into you. I could sit without people hovering over me and the queue to go and get your own coffee was so long (as it was for the food) that I just gave up and went out for breakfast (effectively paying twice). Extremely poor breakfast experience despite the aesthetics being quite nice and at other times the communal space is very pleasant.
