Outstanding experience at Rixos Downtown Antalya. Aylin Aali from Guest Relations sets the tone for an exceptional stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya. Her warmth, attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care make a real difference and instantly make you feel looked after. Mani, the mixologist, deserves high praise for his awesome drinks and fantastic attitude, turning every visit to the bar into an experience. Sophia at the front desk is equally impressive with her friendliness, and welcoming presence. This team delivers hospitality at a very high standard, making the stay memorable and easy to recommend.

This was my first time staying here. I was recommended it by a friend. I was very happy with the room and the facilities on offer. The staff a very friendly and helpful. Everything was amazing. Fatima on customer services was a massive help. Overall, it was great stay. The room was large and very clean. All-inclusive food and drink were superb. The nightly entertainment was very good and great location close to Antalya centre. I would advise anyone holidaying in Antalya to consider booking this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya. The staff were extremely helpful, always friendly and attentive, and the room service was fantastic, consistently prompt and high quality. The hotel and grounds are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, giving plenty of room to relax without ever feeling crowded. The gym facilities were very impressive, genuinely better than many other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. I also really enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffees, which was a great added touch. The heated pool, although slightly on the cooler side, was still very pleasant and relaxing. The food throughout the hotel was amazing, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. The private beach, despite being a short 5-minute walk from the hotel, didn’t take anything away from the holiday, in fact, it added to it. It was incredibly peaceful, and the high-quality food available directly on the beach was fantastic. The location of the hotel was another big bonus, with Antalya itself being a truly lovely city to explore. And of course, the free admission to Land of Legends was unreal, a major highlight of the trip. To top everything off, the WiFi was excellent, fast and reliable throughout the hotel, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very beautiful, and overall everything was okay. However, the room cleaning was disappointing. The cleaners didn’t clean the room properly, which is not acceptable for a five-star hotel. Also, the staff were not very friendly, which affected the overall experience. I hope the management can improve the housekeeping and staff attitude in the future.

Only one Small warm pool which everyone uses and the other just empty as it’s freezing to get into. Staff are just great!

Clean room, Amazing sea view, we had small proble with the air conditioner but they fix it immediately. Staff is helpful and professional. Pool and cafes are nice. Food is diverse. Spa didn't try it. Alot of activities basketball,football, Table tennis, tennis. Beachfront is good, service also good. Shuttle bus to land of legends is available. A La Carta resturant i tried Sense, food was delicious nice atmosphere. A small problem is that there are alot of cats annoying while eating. But the staff tried many times to get rid of them. If i can add something to the hotel i would add Billiard Tables. Overall the hotel is perfect i would definitely come back.

Everything was amazing! The food, the staff, the gym and all the amazing things the hotel had going on. It was just wonderful. I will stay here anytime I’m come to Antalya
