Hotel is central to most historical sites. If you haven’t booked hotel with breakfast, you’re better off getting breakfast somewhere. It’s expensive with limited selection. The front desk personnel were very gracious and helpful. If I go back to Toledo, I wouldn’t mind staying at this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel in fantastic location

Really great hotel in the Jewish Quarter of the city. Across the street from the El Greco museum and easy walk to the historic center. AC was terrific on the hot summer days we were there. Nice little Italian restaurant adjoining the property. We would definitely stay here again!

On the first morning, breakfast was appalling because of a tour party monopolising the food and staff.second day was infinitely better. Only one chair in the room for 2 people!

Great hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated in a quiet spot but only 100 yards from restaurants and a main thoroughfare. We ain’t twice in Placidos close buy and it was great authentic Spanish cuisine.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It was a perfect location slightly away from the tourist area, but also walking distance (10-15min max) from all the main sites in town. There were to playgrounds nearby for our children which was also nice. The hotel itself was very nice. The staff was all helpful and the rooms were good. The food was delicious!! Breakfast has a wide array of buffet items and menu items. The staff also let us customize our crepes everyday! The Italian dinner restaurant was also wonderful food to the point we went back two more times for lunch and dinner!

Toledo could have been better.

We enjoyed our stay, clean and comfy room, nice restaurant and friendly staff. However like much of Europe, no AC and the room was hot. Said it was still winter so only heat would work. Shouldn't advertise that they have AC, we even filtered for that on our hotel selection to make sure we had AC. The hotel online also advertised they had a bar and it was closed the whole time, the restaurant wasn't always open to be able to get a drink.
