The room did not have adequate heating and was VERY cold. I called twice and let the line ring for 1-2 minutes each time to request blankets, but no one ever answered. I let the receptionist know about this and no one from the property contacted regarding this issue either. Terrible stay!

The staff was so courteous, every single one! They even allowed my son to warm up on his musical instrument in conference room before his audition. Our room and all spaces were clean, and the linens and consumables were well set. Bathroom was very clean; housekeeping obviously takes pride in what they do! Bathroom vent didnt seem to work; a quick bath or shower fogged it out and made all surfaces, toiletries, pj's wet. Frigid air blew in from outside in through/ around heater. The pool was out of order all the days of our stay, very disappointing since pool was a specific reason I selected this hotel over one closer to our purpose. The staff is doing their best with a charmless & outdated facility & poor accoutrements. The rough polyester sheets and duvet felt noticeably unpleasant. The mattresses were extremely loud, creaky, and uncomfortable. I've actually never had a bad thing to say about a bed anywhere because I'm easy to please and like firm mattresses but these were just awful-- My son & I can sleep anywhere anytime and through anything, no matter how uncomfortable, to the point that our family jokes about it, but we both tossed and turned all night for 3 nights on those horrible mattresses. The last night we were both dreading it. Tables & chairs for breakfast but otherwise no common spaces (it was 14° & snowing so patio was out). Tv didnt have netflix or smart option. Only 4 very small drawers for 2 adults. Great staff but wont be back.
