We loved this place; we did not expect it from the outside to be as great as it was. Security to get inside and having to go through XRAY and metal detectors was new for us. Check in was swift and easy the doormen and bell boys were very nice. We did not have a good experience with the breakfast; There is a sign stating a dress code that wasn't enforced. People were in the pjs the wait for breakfast was pretty long in which they offered for us to sit in the prism lounge which we obliged to do. They said we could leave our stuff there and get a plate then come back there. When we came back my coffee and water I got myself were gone. We then just went to the cafe area in which during breakfast is an even longer wait. The area is nice; its connected to 2 other hotels with the casino. It's very nice and clean well-kept. Some of the staff in the cafe and restaurant did give off an unwelcoming vibe I assumed it was because the breakfast wait was a bit hectic with people being upset the longer the time stretched. We walked around the property and it was beautiful. The hotel itself is great; we would probably book again.

We had an extremely early flight the next morning and we merely needed an inexpensive place to sleep. We've stayed at this place before, but the tower we were in is in need of updating, the room looked tired. They also didn't have towels in the room and we had to ask for them. On a positive note, the reception personnel were very professional. They even provided us with boxed continental breakfasts and coffees to take to the airport, very thoughtful!

Always great. We stay at Widus Hotel 1-2 times a month. Highly recommend this hotel. Combined with Marriott and Swissotel , plus shopping and the best casino in the area. The price is very good. They always grant any request.

I had the reservation for New Years Eve, I tried changing the reservation to Feb but I got the round around to Orbitz agent to talk to Widus reservations but could not do anything even though I know New Years Eve reservations are high in demand. I end up not using the reservation.

An Overall 4-Star Experience

We recently stayed here at Widus Hotel to celebrate my father's birthday, as well as, our son's 4-month milestone. While we understand that some parts are still under renovation/construction, the bidet in one of our restrooms were not functioning. Since we booked a 2-bedroom suite, one of the TVs were not working as well. Overall, the stay was great, the breakfast was filling and actually delicious (some dishes were left out cold), the service is great (everyone was friendly and accomodating), and we will surely be back.

Great hotel.

Always a great stay, our go to hotel when staying at Clark. The casino and Hard Rock Cafe are a plus, also enjoy many eating establishments, safe and secure parking.
