We were at a horrible B&B that had mice and horrible hosts.. finding the Hampton Inn was a godsend! We felt welcome and got a good night sleep

Not use of pool again!!!!

The reason we booked this hotel was beacuse we wanted a pool. I feel like there should have been a discount for that. I was told we could use the pool in another hotel. Serious!!! I did not want to use another hotels pool. This has happened before, think i will be staying not at this hotel chain again.

Super rude and cranky staff

The check-in staff are super rude and unhelpful. Every walkway was messy with debris as workers were everywhere.
