Perfect location right in the heart of the city making everywhere pretty much walkable. Rooms were just as described and cozy. Staff was very nice & friendly!

The smell as soon as yo hit the entrance area told a story. Carpets everywhere needed a good clean. Rome carpet filthy. Bathroom clean. Lock on door really dodgy

There is no fridge in the room the first night was bad had to have the window open was woke all hours throughout the night and he was that cheeky asking if i have smoked in the room !! i wont stop there ever again i even checked out early not nice at all

Needs updating, for the price that is charged. New towels are needed throughout hotel, they are so thin and worn. Central area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel just needs some love.

First and foremost, they have friendly staff. The location was close to tourist spots. They have a Happy Inn laundromat close to this hotel which I think is very good. I recommend this place.

Staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. We were booked into a room on the third floor andcwe asked if we could be moved to somewhere on the lower floor, they gave us an excellent room next to reception whjch was brilliant and they could not do enough for you. Room was clean and bedding, bathroom was spotless and lovely clean towels.
