A beautiful hotel overlooking the Venetian Port. Walking distance to restaurants and right in Old Town. Great location, elegant setting, good restaurant, friendly staff.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights here. The hotel was exceptionally clean which is always important to me. The room was spacious. We had a double and twin bed. The bathroom was also a good size. The maid service was outstanding. As far as amenities, we had a refrigerator with cold water replaced daily. We even got an extra on our second day. The television had all the major streaming channels so you can log in, not that we were in the room much for TV. The location is excellent, with a hop, skip and a jump to the charm of Old Town. There is a pharmacy right next door, parking is available and the porters were so great carrying our bags to our room for us. I hope to return to Chania with my husband and I will definitely stay here again. Oh. Breakfast is buffet style with an assortment of protein choices. Fresh fruit, hot and cold cereal. And bakery items. Highly recommend this his hotel.

Fantastic location close to the old town Chania. Everything you would want. Friendly staff. The breakfast is lovely. The 1866 Bistro Bar has good food and Excellent Cocktails

L hotel est tres bien, pas trop loin du centre ville proche de la mer...juste un petite chose le bar n est pas tres cosy....

This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!
