This is a New England bed and breakfast. There are no amenities as it's in the countryside. Buildings are charming but old so reviews need to consider that. Lovely. Not far from where the Von Trapp family settled. Manchester is a charming NE town.

No coffee makers in the rooms and no coffee service in the lobby except in the morning. No refrigerators in the rooms. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was spacious and lovely. Hot tub was wonderful. The stay was nice.
