We had a one night stay we had early flight next morning.The hotel and our room was immaculate and extremely clean and relaxing.
All staff were very professional,helpful and polite.
We had a fabulous Latte made by David.First class coffee,which is hard to find someone who knows how to make proper coffees.David was extremely friendly and polite.A credit to the hotel.
We highly recommend staying at the Best Western in Kutaisi.We will definitely return.
