You get what you pay for.

Rook appears fresh and not too dated however walking around in bare feet results in your feet being dirty/black as the floors don’t get cleaned. It’s also very noisy and you can hear every other room around you.

The room was okay, dirty bedding on the beds. Additionally, it is in a not so good area of the town and as a single woman traveling I did not feel comfortable in this hotel. No elevator, all stairs outdoor doors. Breakfast was the same everyday, and it was not very good. Stale. Overall for the price it was not worth it.

Atrea Inn is great, but location is not

The room was great and looked recently renovated. The area surrounding the motel was sketchy and run down. Not sure I'd recommend it for single women or families with small children.
