Sorry! As much as we've tried, we haven't been able to track down any places to stay in the heart of Alveim.

But there's no need to panic. You can stay in Frekhaug. This destination is 25 kilometres from Alveim. Frekhaug hotel options include the Hotel No13 and Clarion Collection Hotel Havnekontoret.

Beer or champagne? However you roll, you're sure to enjoy a trip to Bergen, 35 kilometres away. With the Railway Museum and Steam Railway and the Ulriken Cable Car to check out, you're not gonna be short on things to do. Bergen hotel options include the Det Hanseatiske Hotel and Scandic Ørnen. 95 kilometres to the southeast of Alveim you'll find Stord, home to the Stord Hotell and Grand Hotell Stord.
