We had a BEAUTIFUL and relaxing stay at this river rental. Everything was so neat and organized with extras like kayaks, a canoes, games and what not. And it is just 0.5 miles from Royal Springs. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and we even got to meet them while they were another rental. Very nice couple. Would highly recommend it for family vacations or weekend get-away.

Easy parking. Friendly staff. We extended our stay and had to switch rooms. The 1st kingsize bad was great. But when we changed rooms the queen size bed sagged in the middle.

This is our 4th stay at the SRR and it has been excellent! We were greeted by the host Capt Cas and he showed us around. The place is right on the river and the kitchen has everything you need. Fun games! Nice gas fireplace and firepit outside! Going back again

This is a great place to take your children and grandchildren. They can run free over the 1.5 acre property that is totally fenced in. Your pets are welcome, too. The home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but the real attraction is the outdoors. I walked the property with my 4 year granddaughter and the dogs, enjoying the many nuances of the property. We walked from the country road to the river. The property is on the beautiful Suwannee River and has a floating dock and a sandy little beach. The dogs enjoyed taking a dip in the river. It is like being in a small nature preserve. There are many amenities on the property including a very nice outdoor bathroom, a big swimming pool with a large hot tub, a river viewing deck, a fish cleaning station, a deer feeder, and a large covered patio (under the house) with several grills. This is a great place for kids to play on a rainy day. A great golf course is nearby in Lake City and there are several quaint restaurants and a boat ramp and park in Branford (less than a mile away). If you want privacy and fun, this is a great place to enjoy a campfire, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Close to Gainesville and Tallahassee.
