Amazing service both before, during and and after arrival. Lovely welcoming staff, beautiful room with very comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice and all delicious. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

OK for a nights stay

The hotel was ok for a nights stop. Check in was quick and professional. The hotel seems to have a lot of amenities although I never used any. Breakfast was the usual fare and seemed fresh and well presented with plenty of space available. At the price in comparison to other hotels in the area it presents reasonable value for money.

In general all good. Good parking. very close to the border. Rooms are ok but there is no air conditioning means quite warm. Opening the windows means Moskitos. The Lady in the spa /pool area can be a little bit nicer to the guests!

Opholdet var kun for en enkelt overnatning, men okay til prisen. Hotellet ligger godt placeret tæt på motorvejen mod syd og har en fin udsigt. Dog er hotellet slidt - specielt værelserne, med itu revnede gardiner, slidte paneler og revnet toilethåndvask.

Der er fint rent, men det er slidt i kanterne. Aftensmaden på hotellet er tarvelig, noget som man ville forvente i et legeland, morgenmadsbuffeten er udemærket.

Værelset pænt og rent den ene seng meget hård. Personalet super søde. Poolen koldere end ellers. Menuen er skåret ned til kun dagens menu hvor der førhen kunne vælges andre retter så vi måtte til Flensborg for at spise. For mange nøgne mennesker hvilket stødte både os og vores børnebørn der kunne godt være strammere regler
