Very impersonal and confusing check-in experience

Very confusing and impersonal check-in procedure during a busy time. All info already provided had to be entered again on the electronic check-in system. Room number and options as car check-in, as well as airport bus transfer for an early departure was not initially provided by staff, but had to be asked for separately. Did not enjoy this experience at all :(

Overall was very good, food good too, but our room power kept tripping and we had to keep taking our key card out and insert which was annoying but it was late so we didn’t bother complaining to get fixed. Would stay again

Great stay

It was a great stay, very handy for the airport. Free shuttle transfer was fantastic. Food lovely in the restaurant although quite expensive however we did expect this. Room wasn’t in a quiet location and definitely not sound proof. We were close to the train station so we heard the trains and airplanes coming in. We also had a noisy woman wearing heels above us!

I chose this hotel because it had really good reviews but the experience was very disappointing. One of the lifts was out of service all weekend causing long queues in the lobby but we weren’t advised in advance or on arrival. Car park charges were outrageous, room service arrived cold and unappealing. Black mold around the bath, empty soap dispenser in shower. Booked a room for three adults and got towels for two. I expected much better for the price

Great location for a quick walk to the aiport. Extremely clean and very welcoming customer service. The food was incredible! Would definitely stay here again!

Extremely Noisy Neighbours.

We needed a rest after a long flight, we had no idea that we needed to use an app or call the hotel for airport shuttle. The room was incredibly noisy, I think it was the people above us The room was incredibly noisy, I think it was the people above us and we were next to the car park also. although the breakfast was pretty good, I could never stay in such a noisy hotel room again. we also found out that they had downgraded the coffee that they supply in the room.

Check in straight forward. Room clean but could have done with air conditioning or at least a fan. Evening food in the bar was good, staff efficient and helpful. Breakfast was ok, we have stayed here a number of times over the last 3 years but felt breakfast was not as good as previous stays, probably wouldn’t extra pay for it again.

A really nice airport hotel that we would consider using again. The only down side was that a sizeable charge for overnight parking was levied when we arrived at the hotel which we were not made aware of when we booked. If we had known about this at the time of booking we may have chosen to stay elsewhere.
