Book Alice Town hotels

The experience was not very pleasant , i booked 3 rooms , 1 Q, 1 k and another Queen , two of the rooms had issues with the AC , one eas freezing , and the other was extremely hot , we called a person came to " fix" it but it didn't help at all , in the one that was frozen cold I had two small children , and it was very difficult to make them settle down in thay room , we call requesting blankets and the answer was the didn't have access to blankets , then they offered switch rooms i said yes , an 1 later they called me asking what were the issues and they offered again to switch and i said no since the two small children were asleep. The other hot room I had 4 young boys sleeping in a 8w degree because again , their answer was that they didn't have anyone to go to fix anything at that time ( after we mentioned the problem around 8 pm) also one of the rooms was able to open because they needed to fix it so we alwaya had acces to connecting room by only one room The dinner experience was very unpleasant, my dinner after i said i wanted well done lamb chops , it came as medium red , it took then 35 min to come back with the dish after all of the rest of my party was already done , I had to take the dinner upstairs in a container to face the AC issues in the room. The rooms were clean , the our server the restaurant were not the most welcoming woman. Overall , as a personal assitant /nanny as guest in this resort was a very stressful and uncomfortable .

The house was very accommodating for our group of 7. However there was no WiFi the entire time. I did reach out and they were great communicating back however the issue was never resolved. So no phones no tv because every tv was a smart tv. The bug were a little much, but if both fans on the porch worked it may have helped to keep them away. It was very clean and plenty of supplies like towels, soap, laundry detergent and shower items

Location is top tier. Space was beautiful

Room was perfect for our group of 4, neat, clean and had anything you would need during your stay. You can see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom and was a nice short walk to the pool. Overall it was a great stay and we will return

We had an issue with the golf cart. The owner contacted me immediately and the problem was rectified within a few hours. Everything was very clean. Accommodations were as advertised. The only part that was a bit confusing was check in at a different location because we'd never been there before. Not the hosts fault at all!

We have visited the island many times before and it is the clean, accomodated, preserved unit in the resort, the hoster was very responsable, clear and rapid responses, we are satisfied
