The staff were very friendly and welcoming! They were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! The room itself was very clean and put together! The location is excellent as well! It’s only a minute drive into Alexandria Bay which was perfect! Highly recommend staying here!

A cute very well kept motel with great staff. Everything was fine and I would recommend staying here. My only criticism is that the drapes on the sliding glass doors need to be heavier - room darkening.

Our room was not cleaned while we were out an entire day. We had to ask for fresh towels as the house staff went home before we got back. Was told all rooms had been cleaned. Across the parking lot from our room you could see rats eating and running around a dumpster. The maintenance needs updated. The door didn't shut tight and could see daylight around it. Chipmunks were all over outside, looked out and a chipmunk was on window sill and looked back at me. Not startled by noises. Would NOT stay here again.

Property is very nice, not to far from downtown Alexandria Bay. Restaurants and shops in close proximity. 18 minutes from Boldt Yacht House with shuttle to tour the Boldt Castle.
