Poorly maintained hotel We did not have even hot water for the shower They did not tell us it was a problem with the water heater when we checked in, we may have asked for a refund and look for another hotel, but obviously was too late by the time we found a little note they left in the room. This is at the most, a 2 stars hotel

We found this hotel to be very nice. While the room was small it was clean and comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The staff was lovely and had a nice breakfast.

I highly recommend a stay at this historic property in Marvão. It has an old world charm and the amenities are excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, brightly lit, the breakfast superb and the view from the dining room is amazing. The staff were friendly and most helpful.

Everything was excellent. The rooms are large, clean and well furnished. The dining room is really gorgeous inside and out. The breakfast in the morning is a great. And the private parking and back was very helpful. All topped off with excellent customer service. We highly recommend.

Clean, friendly, room ok with lovely balcony and view. No lift Dinner ok for me.(Pork chops) not for my wife . Breakfast ok but coffee awful. I had fresh fruit, yogor, toast, juice and tea. Hot was scrambled egg (it ran out( and tiny sausages. No vale la pena. Super lady and young M an at reception and bar.
