Everything felt old and dirty but the attitude wasn't helpful. I don't think it's crazy to ask for more than one thin blanket and they made a big fuss of the request. I would never stay here again

A certain staff was friendly but other staff seemed "inconvenienced" when they had to do their job. This is an extended stay hotel which didn't have any silverware or cookware, there was no ice available on premise. I couldn't even get replacement towels at the hotel.

Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. Check in was about the only pleasant experience at this hotel. Opened the door, turned on the light and yes you guessed it ROACHES. After driving 12 hours all I wanted to do was take a shower, instead I was completely dumbfounded to find out that this establishment is under new management hence the lack of competency from the previous management left me with no towels and no soap or shampoo. Absolutely ridiculous to think that this is somehow acceptable. I understand that this is not a five star or even a three star establishment, but for crying out loud are they serious NO TOWELS and I’m not talking about extra towels, I’m talking NO TOWELS. I will absolutely never stay at Wood Springs Albuquerque again, I’d rather sleep in my car.

The inside was very clean besides the few roaches I found in my room but I guess you're going to find them no matter where you go it's part of where we live the outside of the property is very unsafe unclean other than that we had no problems there would recommend for the price

Everything with the facilities was well. What was not ok, is that it advertised pet friendly and it did not inform us of the 50$ per night charge. My dog staying was more expensive than our night stay. Other places do not have sn extra charge

The rooms are basic but comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own personal items to brighten your expierience with the room. But the staff was spectacular. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The staff assisted with what they could do to make the stay pleasurable.

Not only the toilet was clogged,They also didn't have a plunger at the office to fix the issue - You know how much it sucks when you wake up in the morning and you can't go to the restroom. It was clogged all night.

I waoted at the.office for.15.min just so he can tell me that hes charging me $50.for.my.service animal! I told him federal.law says he cannot charge.me this.fee and he really did. Not.care ! Desparate for.money this place wanted a$100 deposit.on top.of the $50.seevice animal fee! I had documentation a.d he still.said he was charging me! I refused and i.will be contactong the ada and ensure this motel knows not.to.chqrge for.service animals the large court ordered.fine will ensure that! My rights as a disables d person has been violated and im.seeki g an attorney to sue this hotel also talk about breaking federal.law! Then they have the nerve to tell.me ii have to.wait.10.days for a refumd?! Yuck

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. It was one of the worst ones that I’ve ever stayed at before. The room that I had initially gotten was a non-smoking one bedroom room and the front desk clerk had to go inside my room to check if no one was there when I arrived and then he proceeded to open the window to let it air out because it smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in there and then my front door wouldn’t close all the way my window wouldn’t shut properly And my AC didn’t work as well so I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Find yourself another place there are plenty of places in Albuquerque.
