We take pride in offering a comfortable and well-maintained space for all our guests. We kindly ask that you please familiarize yourself with our house rules prior to booking:
1. SMOKING / DRUG USE:
- Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee.
2. PARTIES AND EVENTS:
- Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
3. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMODATION:
We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for our pet-friendly units, we charge a one-time pet fee of $50 for stays 1 week or less. This fee helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. If staying for longer than a week, please inquire with host for additional pet fee.
PET GUIDELINES:
- We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and cats on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with hosts prior to booking if you are hoping to bring your cat.
- To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Whenever possible, do not leave pets unattended in home.
- If you need any pet-related supplies during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Please pick up all pet waste in yard before checking out.
4. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY:
-Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
5. QUIET HOURS:
-Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times.

2. Our property undergoes quarterly preventative pest control treatments. However, despite our best efforts, it’s important to acknowledge that bugs are a part of life, and occasional sightings can occur at our property. We understand that even one unexpected encounter can be unsettling, but please be aware of this fact prior to booking.
3. We highly recommend that our guests purchase the travel insurance through Airbnb in case of last-minute cancellations.
4. There are two exterior Ring Cameras located on the property. One facing the front door and walkway as well as one on the east side of the property facing the casita driveway. THERE ARE NO RECORDING DEVICES INSIDE THE HOME.
5. There are two other units on the property. They all have separate indoor and outdoor spaces. All units are occupied by traveling medical professionals.
GUEST INTERACTION:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. If you need anything, we are just a quick message, text or phone call away.
GUEST ACCESS:
You have access to the entire home and its amenities including the outdoor space. Please make yourself at home.
HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES:
**We have a no shoe policy and kindly ask that you remove your shoes when in the home.
LOCAL RESIDENTS - We accept NM residents on a case-by-case basis. Please contact hosts prior to booking. We DO NOT allow parties or large gatherings of any kind. Due to insurance purposes, only guests on reservation are permitted to stay overnight at property.
EXTRA GUESTS - This home comfortably sleeps 2. Please ensure your reservation accurately depicts correct number of guests who will be staying at the home during your booking.

While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
PET FEE - Dogs (2 dog maximum) are welcomed. (Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats). Please add your furry travel companion to reservation when booking. An additional $300 pet fee will be requested after booking is confirmed. While we are total animal lovers ourselves, this additional fee helps us account for additional wear that takes place and added time cleaning following your stay - ensuring the space is thoroughly free of pet hair for future guests who may have pet allergies.
