Rude employees in the am. Dirt under the beds. The rail on the second floor feels like it could fall off at any moment. Check in was fine. Sign in lobby says breakfast 730 am to 10. My adult son. Had to ring a bell to get in. Immediately asked what room number he was in. And what his name was. Be cause his first name is different than mine. They told him he couldn't eat. And that breakfast was at 8. We went down at 8 and had to wait to be buzzed in. They once again told my son he couldn't eat. I informed them that I paid for a room with two beds. And that the 2 of us were going to eat. And if they didn't like it they could call the cops. Breakfast was white bread only. Waffles. Only thing for the toast was grape jelly. No juices had Cheerios and frosted flakes. Coffee. No other choices.

Dirty room which was advertised with handicapped and accessible room but there was nit a functional thing that it was. The so-called hand bar at the toilet was broken and fell off when our handicapped daughter fell and I had to grab her preventing a bad fall. I sprained my back and had back pain from it for a week. I complained to management and they said we could leave but it was late night and no place to stay due to no vacancy because of a hit air balloon event that weekend. This place was so bad and the price was elevated like 3-4 times the usual cost. They tried to fix the handle bar and wired and hammered in a support structure but wasn’t any consolation. We got only 10% discount. We will never stay again!!
Broken handicapped bar and later “fixed” by staff with wire and wooden support structure. We did not trust it to be strong. We had to hold up our daughter as she sat on toilet seat.

The room was very clean. The bed was ridiculously comfortable! Staff was responsive to my needs. Super cold fridge! I would say the only negative was the ice machine was not free. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. Plenty of parking and was free and the room had an air conditioner. However, the TV was not hooked up to any antenna or streaming so didn't work. No iron or ironing board and only one hanger for our clothes. The room was sparsely furnished and there were very few places to charge up cell phones or plug in laptop.

Check-in was sub par as attendant seemed more consumed with their phone call. Property is old and not well maintained. Room was very sparse, but fairly clean. Location is unbelievably noisy with cars racing, police and fire truck sirens. Would not stay here again.
