Was quite disappointed. No microwave in room, no pots or pans to cook with. Found dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod, a frozen burrito from Circle K and large fountain drink, 1/2 empty, from whataburger in fridge. Luckily I always carry a spray bottle with bleach always clean room before I take my stuff in. Creeps on 2nd floor watching me every time I left my room. Waking up Sunday morning to, "Let me see your hands" in front of my door, looked out peephole, cops everywhere. One good thing, no roaches.

The room is the nastiest room ever when I got it change they gave me another room with the nastiest shower ever with hair all in it I was I didn’t even take a shower and I was too tired to try to get a new room

The pictures online show false room quality

I will never stay here as the room was falling apart. Shelves and cabinets were not operational, and cleanliness was questionable at best. I would not have stayed as long as I did had it not been walking distance to the office. The area was questionable and NO WAY will I ever stay there again.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. The area itself was scary and unsafe. We tried to check in at the time check in starts and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes just for the staff to print out a list. We couldn’t even properly check into the office because it was locked. We had to use a small window to check in. The staff were extremely rude and the rooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. I was in utter disbelief with how atrocious our room was. It was not clean. You could tell the floor had not been swept and mopped. I didn’t even want to sleep on the bed. The fridge and tv didn’t work and mind you this was an extended stay. If I could warn any normal person to NOT stay at this property I most definitely would. It’s a waste of your time and money.

It was the way experience I have ever had!! My key cards deactivated three times. They were replaced once and had my son sleep in the car for two hours starting at midnight while the office empty and couldn’t get back in to our room. I finally saw an employee. I asked if he worked there and told me he was not in the clock. I told him what was going on and he reprogrammed my key cards

Was given two options for being overbooked, room with no tv or room with a tv but with a broken window…took the room with no tv for safety but fridge did not work, shower drain was plugged practically filling up as you showered, smelled like dog feces and room was not clean. Tried to cancel reservations onsite next day but nobody at front desk in person or to answer they’re phone until it was too late to cancel and still got charged for both nights…worst experience.

Everything was terrible

The room was decently clean except the bathroom, which had no shower curtain, slippery tub and black mold on the corners of all walls. The bed was loud and weak, when you moved on the bed, the entire bed felt like it was about to fall apart. Staff was really bad as well.
