It appears there's an issue with the hotel staff. At check in I waited at least 15 minutes while the employee was speaking on the phone with her boss about rooms not cleaned for new guests. Some guests had to get a different room as the one assigned to them hadn't been cleaned. Our room had been cleaned and was fine.

The room was dirty, hair in the sinks, beds and tubs. There was a fingernail on the floor. To top it off the heater does not seem to work, despite being set to 70, the room was a chill 62 degrees. We immediately requested a refund and left. The hotel has advised us to contact travelocity and travelocity has advised us to contact the hotel for a refund

A/C didn’t work. Room temperature stayed at 74 the entire night, even though the unit ran continuously all night. Also, even though I turned the shower knob all the way to hot, the water never got hotter than lukewarm. I left very disappointed. I made it a point to reserve here again after a fantastic stay last year. The room was absolutely great, but without hot water for a shower or the ability to control the room temperature, I don’t think I’ll stay here again — ESPECIALLY for the amount I paid.

It smelled like cigarettes the whole time we were there. The door to outside had a huge gap in it. So it was cold all the time. Otherwise it was a good stay. The staff was nice, there were dishes, soap and garbage bags provided.

I highly recommend! 👍 I arrived late, 10:pm, the gentleman at the front desk was fast and had a great attitude. My room was large, immaculately cleaned and very well furnished. The shower head is the one you need when you get off the road- good pressure, plenty of hot water and the bed was decadently comfortable. I will give this place an 11 when they upgrade their coffee & coffee makers, but that’s me. 10/10⭐️ Bravo!

The room was pretty bad.. light in the kitchen did not work, light outside the bathroom at the sink did not work, the cooling unit did not work, would only blow hot air, there was a towel on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived and no toilet paper on the roll. The microwave display was flashing like it was not getting proper electricity. The wall outlet with the alarm clock did not work. The staff was very nice, but the room was horrible.
