This is the most terrible experience I’ve ever had in staying in a hotel the hotel room that I was assigned was so terrible that I wish I could send you the pictures that I took. I will try to describe some of the problems. stains on the carpet furniture that looks like it comes from the 70s bug on the wall showerhead not clean dirt or grind at the edge of the tub chip stabilizing handle in the shower of paint baseboard coming off the wall. The next thing I was looking for was a mice to run across the floor. I am requesting a full refund for my stay at the Ramada by Wyndham. Wood thank you very much for your speedy attention to this matter.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was nice as well as maintenance who come up to get our TV working. Could not get hot water in the room except at the kitchenette sink. Cold showers.

We picked this hotel because it had a full kitchen and indoor pool. The rooms are newly remodeled and nice looking. We got a room with a full kitchen. There was nothing to cook with so having a kitchen with no utensils was pointless. After taking a shower noticed that water had leaked all over the floor. We let the frontdesk know, so they gave use a different room and realized that the ceiling in the kitchen without utensils was hanging and looked like it could fall any minute. So, we changed rooms again. The other thing was that the pool was not open and they didn't even have a closed sign. We paid extra money for a full kitchen that was useless.

The first stay had a comfortable bed and pillows but no ice bucket. The second stay, there was no ice or vending machine available in the building, no hot water for a shower in the morning, and the door to the room wouldn't open until multiple tries.

The cleansingness of the room was subpar immediately felt as if I was casting suspicion when I was approached upon leaving the vehicle by a security guard of the motel hotel. Although the concierge was polite and courteous and a fishing at her job the bathroom upon his inspection was uncapped yet there was hair a large piece of clump of hair on the bathroom floor. The tub had a crack there was cigarette stands on the counter and the shower head was terrible.

The room was in rough shape. A lot of outlets didn’t work. The AC worked terribly. The beds were uncomfortable. There was a dirty towel as soon as we walked in. Our license plate was stolen in the parking lot. The restrooms near breakfast were clogged. The ATM didn’t work properly. A fire alarm was set off at 8am on Sunday morning. And when we got down the four flights of stairs the housekeepers laughed and said it was ok to go back up to our room.
