Lamp bulb was broken. Plug on lamp didn’t work. Outlets are loose, plugs fall out. No bathroom exhaust fan. Old furniture and old tiny refrigerator. Door key did not work on some entrances. Cracked bath surround. Old faucets. Check in for free breakfast- if you leave the breakfast area with food they charge $10. If the sheets were not clean I would have left immediately. Afraid to see under the sheets. Too bad there is no zero star rating.

Old and gloomy

Where do I start the bathroom was a mess. Sheeets seem to be New cause. I think they sell them at the front desk and towels seem to be new. The Carpet was old. The paint on the walls was old and shipped. Tile in the bathroom is old shower is old caulking has mailed toilet tank. Cover is broken by lever. Thought. We were gonna cut ourselves event over sink and bathroom covered and filth. Lint really bad. Sliding door out to the little balcony. Sliding door did not lock. Overall building is old needs remodeling. Should’ve known better for the price. I asked you to see the room before the lady, she might’ve been, the owner said no, until I purchased a room

This location wasn’t good. Our room was old condition, bathroom, bed and not fresh clean. Staff wasn’t friendly, not smile and welcome to us. The breakfast meal was ok for buffet, plenty of foods. We’re disappointed.

Very dirty hotel

The breakfast was good and the room was quiet. The indoor pool was FREEZING, and I like cold water. The jets in the hot tub were broken. The halls were in desperate need of vacuuming as well as our room. It was hard to get hot water out of the shower, and the shower rod was falling out of the wall. I realized that the hotel was older, but that is no excuse for being dirty.

Never Again

I have never stayed anywhere this bad. It was dirty. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Ive never had a problem when ive booked with hotels.com. Now im worried. All the picture were a lie. They demanded more money when we got there. They said it didnt matter what hotels.com said. The said if we didnt pay more then they would say we cancelled and hotela.com would charge me anyway and they would still get their money.
