The door to our room jammed you have to slam your body into the door to open then I was having trouble getting the Wi-Fi to work I tried to call the front desk, and the phone is not working so I walked over to the front desk finally got help and it's working now. but on the way back to my room I GOT BIT BY A DOG

I killed 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. I was on the ground floor by an entrance that was supposed to require a card key to enter…the door didn’t even latch…anyone could have come it. The room had a 1” gap at the bottom and the room’s window had a crack all the way across it. No one came to clean or refresh towels for 4 days

We checked into a room. The bathroom had a pair of panties and really used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod. We got another room right away. (Good service) the beds were comfortable. The chair in the room was almost comfortable enough to sleep in. We couldn't access the pool because of flooding around the pool. The "security"fence was broken So much for the secure parking. Everything seem to be broken. None of the outer doors were secure either. Didn't feel particularly safe.

Bed was comfortable, room was a little dirty (trash under bed & hair around the shower/tub), ac worked great and breakfast was decent. Hot tub closed pool area was a bit dirty so didn’t use.

Floor was sticky and needed cleaning. Outside needed cigarette butts cleaned up, baseboards needed a real good cleaning. Staff was friendly and no problems there. Security door needed to be repaired, rock holding it open. Key cards hardly worked. Overall property seemed to be in need of serious maintenance.
