    The location is ideal for nature lovers. It’s very close to Rio Grande river and walking trails. There are several amazing restaurants close.
    The house is beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. It has a modern yet rustic feel. It’s super cozy, comfortable and well stocked. Its approximately 900 sq ft with two bedrooms, one full bath, a living room, kitchen, laundry room, a private outdoor patio with a built in grill and dining table. The front porch has Mountain View’s and a small patio set. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed and theres a queen futon in the living room. There are 3 tvs one in each room and one in the living room. There’s also a desk and chair for those working individuals.

    The home is centrally located and minutes to I-25 and I-40. There are two off street parking spaces in front of the house.

    There are two homes on the lot. They are private of each other and do not share anything. They both have their own private parking spots and private outdoor living spaces.

    Perfect Holiday in Albuquerque

    My 2 grown children and I stayed at this lovely home for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our friends live in a small home nearby that did not have enough room for all of us. So we hung out here cooking and eating and enjoying the holiday together. The house had everything we needed to make an amazing meal. We took advantage of the outdoor grill/fireplace and it elevated the flavors of our meal. This house was wonderful. I highly recommend it. It is in a perfect location to see all of the interesting things in this great town.

    Perfect for our needs!

    We absolutely loved this cute, clean house! Being located close to so many food options, breweries, the highway and the Balloon Fiesta made this place ideal. Brenda was so helpful, kinda and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

    This house has trendy updates and abundance of amenities including toothbrushes and bath bombs! Quiet street that’s centrally located, we were close to everything. Brenda was a fantastic host, communication was prompt and precise. Our family has a wonderful time, thank you.
