No toilet paper in the room and we had to retrieve it from the front desk, and we were at the far end with outside entrance, so it wasn't close. The breakfast was minimal, unappealing so we did not partake, not as clean as it should be. The room was okay but compared to other hotels we stayed on our trip, it wasn't as nice for the same price. The coffee maker appeared to be broken and there were no cups for coffee or water. The towels were folded and placed on the shower chair that was very close to the toilet, not the most sanitary place for clean towels. The hardwood floor felt gritty, fortunately we brought slippers for the evening. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the lobby staff, not welcoming. I have never had this experience anywhere else and not needed to give such feedback. the cleaning staff were observed standing around visiting often. Please try harder. We stayed in 6 different hotels on our trip and this was the only one to get a negative review.

Could not take a shower due to the shower valves did not operate right. Refrigerator did not work and when I informed the front desk I was informed that I would have to address the issues with the manage in the morning and the manager never arrived before we left so that we could speak to him. However I was given a email to contact him. Very pour service and all standards.
