Room was not at all like the photos. Carpet was separated from door threshold by 3” and shredding. Part of carpet “baseboard” was peeling and shredding. Hair on bathroom floor. Alarm clock was set to 6:00 am and kept going off. I did not set it. I didn’t see any bugs. I was in room 208. I paid $103 for the night. You get what you paid for. Do yourself a favor and stay at the hotels across Gibson.

One night stay.

The desk clerk was very dry and barely said two words. The hotel is older and the pics only show the updates of the front and lobby which makes it look newer. The breakfast was terrible and the bed was uncomfortable. The area was fine with plenty of restaurants. It was very quiet and I felt safe. Not the worst hotel but nothing spectacular.

Decent airport hotel. A/C worked fine, shower was okay, breakfast maybe slightly above average for similar properties. Understaffed, so front desk clerk was also shuttle driver both ways, but employee attitudes were positive despite the double-duty.

Greatxfor the value-pet friendly

The place was as expected for price. Its an old hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfy. They accommodated us for our check-in and check-out. Which was appreciated! Best part is they are dog friendly, dog fee is only $10.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was clean and spacious with an excellent desk for working on our computer or having a bite to eat. My GPS did not identify all of the eating possibilities that are within walking distance. It is close to the airport, but I don't recall any jet noise. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic!

Very helpful at the front desk. Accommodated our request for 1st floor room. Totally reasonable price for having our small dog! We were able to park our car in their lot for our 2-week vacation at a very reasonable rate. And they offer airport pick-up upon our return. Excellent overall service. We will return again for future airline trips. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

Room door had an issue with closing and locking. Called the front desk and the woman clerk was doing the best she could but her manager was rude. He made me feel guilty for not wanting to stay in an unsafe room. No apolgies for a broken door and was instead treated like I broke it when we just got to the room! He offered no accommodations or solutions once the door began "working" again. He continuously showed annoyance at us for even wanting to switch rooms and instead pressured us to stay in the room because the door started locking again. A/C was terrible and our room stayed humid the entire stay. Will not be coming back and I am telling everyone to stay away!
