Did not get the room it displayed on the web site paid a difference because the web site was incorrect information of the rooms they could not give me the room I was to believe I was going to no lightbulbs in the room it was not the best won’t stay there again sorry

Planned a trip to Albuquerque with my child and noticed all the great reviews about this property. I’m not sure if people are really being honest. The check in was a bit of a wait because several children were waiting to pick up towels in front of us. Yes, towels are not available in the pool area. You must pick up towels at the front desk, which is at the other end of the building front the pool. My room was clean enough, however I noticed that the prior occupants towel was hung on the back of the door. We decided to go to the pool on the first night. We waited over 15 minutes to get towels at the front desk. Only one person helping customers. The pool area was not too clean. Muddy wet floors and not enough seating for all guests. Guests were drinking bottled beer and not watching their children. In the 2 hours we were there, no one came by to attend the area. At 5:00 am in the morning, I was awoken by a blood curdling scream and shot up to go look outside. Another scream and people outside moving about. The next day I put a do not disturb sign on the door because we didn’t need cleaning. I guess the sign means nothing. housekeeping entered the room to bring new towels and empty the garbage. Our second night we went to the pool. The ladder was now broken and my son could not exit the pool on his own. I would not recommend this hotel for families or single parents with children. It did not feel safe and the staff were not friendly. Still waiting to receive our deposit back.

Not worth the money

The hotel is listed as non-smoking but the elevator and the hallway had a strong odor of marijuana. The room was very dated and had tracks for closet doors, but no doors. The sliding glass door for the balcony did not have weather stripping around it which let in lots of noise from the outside. The sheer curtain on the glass door was torn in several places. The photos show worn spots on the dresser/tv stand and wall.

There was an unsavory character outside in the parking lot the whole visit. The place was falling apart. When we went in there was a long line and only one person working the front. Once checked in there were no towels in the room. The chair was propped up against the door to the adjacent room because the lock did not lock properly. The sliding door did not fully close and you could hear the freeway all night. And to top it all off, the card they placed the hold on has a $53 charge from them for no reason. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Staff came up to room unplugged the unit & still didn’t work & she told she gonna get us more blankets & never did. Ask we could get another room she told us cuz we were already in the room”. Great for the price!

The hotel staff and the rooms themselves and the hotel areas great! The issue was the noise and draft/ cold from patio door . it wasn't sealed well and u could feel the cold coming in at night and the noise from the freeway way horrible cause that was our view.

This place really went downhill. It used to be a very nice property to stay at but apparently they have a homeless population living in the rooms, the walls were dirty, the ceiling was dusty, the room looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly and the ac unit could use an upgrade cause the vents had broken pieces. It was a cheaper option but I guess u get what u pay for. Also, they charge 100 dollars for security deposit, more than the room was worth. When asked to switch rooms we were declined.. service was not great.. will not be staying again.

When checking in, there was only one worker and a lot of people checking in which took awhile. There was no towels in our room and the front desk could only give us 2 towels. There was also some people staying there whose kids had a BB gun.
