The hotel is a beautiful property with well curated designs in common spaces. The room was very large and provided for every need. Great robes. It was also very quiet. Easy walk to the historic Old Town area. The rooftop restaurant service was excellent, as were the meals and beverages. Multiple other dining options across the street as well.

What a perfect location for shopping at Old Town, going to area museums, and walking to a multitude of dining options! The hotel itself is beautiful. So was our room. Beautiful decor. Spacious spa-like bathroom. Comfortable king bed. And top-notch customer service. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Albuquerque.

Loved the unique history/New Mexico style and design of the Hotel Chaco. Dining was exceptional (Level 5 Restaurant was very appealing and so tasty, the view is unbelievable!), the availability of breakfast dining was just limited to "room service" that was excellent.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Old Town. However, there were a few disappointments. The hotel was undergoing renovations, and we were only informed via text message about the pool being unavailable a day before our arrival. Since we had a rental car and there was nearby construction, parking was confusing and unmarked; clearer instructions in advance would have been helpful. Additionally, we had issues with the TV—Netflix was inaccessible. Considering the price we paid, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations.
