Upon checking in we were assigned a room on the first floor as requested (105). We opened the door to be welcomed by a huge waterbug. We made a quick U-turn out of the room and back to the lobby desk. Guest services immediately assigned us a new room on the fourth floor which we very much appreciated. We enjoyed a restful night’s sleep and woke up expecting to take hot showers and instead were met with cold water only. We called guest services and were told multiple rooms called about hot water not working. After waiting 15 minutes for the promised hot water reset, we gave up and decided to proceed with our day and checkout. We headed down to breakfast, hard salty eggs, cold toast, frozen potatoes, maybe decent coffee… Thankfully, we were able to grab yogurt and get the heck out of there. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. The staff were very helpful and seem to work hard given their circumstances, but ownership has a lot of work to do here. I am very grateful we were just passing through. This place will not be a stop for us in the future and I would suggest avoiding it to give time for much needed improvements.

Staff was great and helpful as what u can expect from holiday inns! Nice and clean room/ public area/ good clean washer and dryer…. Normally I don’t write reviews or complaints at all, things happen and No place is perfect….. but this time holiday inn really outdone itself From minor issue of not aligned usb charging port (can’t plug in), plumbing issues( tub drain clogged, shower/ tub switch stacked) to killer point of no hot water at shower at my friends room, water turn from hot to cold during shower in my room, …. And the machine humming sound in the wall ( all night long on and off non stop!)….. and also the electric outlet missing cover with wire showing!!! How did holiday inn pass building inspection with the death trap !

Very nice hotel and location. Comfortable room. The only "nit" to pick was that the toilet seemed to flush incompletely. We notified hotel staff of the situation when we checked out. Otherwise, we would gladly stay here again.

Two night stay in Albuquerque to help daughter move into a house. Hotel was good, Applebees restaurant within walking. Quiet, great beds, comfortable, convenient, good hot water, decent pressure. Friendly staff and a above average hotel breakfast.
