Horrible!

This hotel was horrible. The room was not clean, crumbs all over the nightstand, dirty tub and the bed looked slept in. I walked in and immediately left. I don't recommend this hotel, especially for $166 a night!

Not worth the price.

Expected more out of a Holiday Inn. Our room had poor shower head with poor water pressure. Asked to switch rooms and was told rooms were too full and maintenance person would look at it. Maintenance person said there wasn’t anything he could do about it. Restroom roof had horrible water damage. There was no closet. Items that should be in a closet were put on the floor. Parking was a joke. Not enough space for any parking; lines were marked too small for vehicles and no safe overflow parking. Only thing good at this property was the breakfast.

I brought my daughters here to celebrate my youngest birthday. After losing my husband, we needed a little break from reality. It was a huge mistake choosing this place. The pool and hot tub were full the entire time with 20 teens and kids in the hot tub I self the entire evening. I understand there are events and such but for that many people to be in the hot tub alone is quite ridiculous! They have no chance for my girls to swim and enjoy themselves. Secondly, the a/c unit would not work and thankfully the first time was that evening and the two ladies working the front desk, came in to fix it. At 4am, I woke up in a pool of sweat. The a/c would not turn on and the room was nearing 80 degrees!! The guy working the front desk had the phone off the hook. I had to go downstairs to be told “I only know how to press the reset button, you can come and talk to the manager in the morning.” After paying $160 for 1 night, you would think they would have the decency to fix the damn a/c at least! I spoke with Judy from the front desk would was very nice and offered to give me enough reward point for a free night. It’s been three weeks and I have yet to receive 1 reward point. I’m a manager at a hotel myself. This was the worst experience of my life at any hotel. Never again!

We spent the night listening through paper thin walls with a person threatening his family. The language was behond believe. We complaind to the front desk twice, we got no sleep. My wife had a medical procedure the next morning. We had to be at the hospital at 6 am. The police should have arrested that man.

Sleepless in Albuquerque 4am stay far away!!

Checked in staff was friendly we were given a room on the first floor. When we laid down to sleep, all night all you can hear is a loud banging sound like a jack hammer couldn’t identify where it came from except maybe someone moving furniture up stairs but every 20-30 minutes it would happen.. impossible to sleep. I rarely leave comments like this or reviews but it’s 4am and haven’t slept a wink… the only solution is do whatever I have to even turn my tv up full blast to sleep.. no other compensation or option was offered… NEVER AGAIN.. if you want to sleep DONT STAY HERE!!

Yuck

Very shabby and not at all clean. Sticky, dirty floors and elevators in common areas with pieces of snack food left on the ground for a long time. Someone else’s hair was in the tub when we got the room. Bottom half of the shower curtain was covered in mildew. Absolutely no pride of ownership in the place.

Good stay for price and location

Stay was good for the price. It was a good location right off I-25 and affordable. It just feels a little old and I didn't feel that clean either. Some upgrading would be good. Still has a tub and shower curtain, which just didn't feel as clean as when you step into newer showers with glass doors. Treadmill was broken, which was a little disappointing. Staff was very nice but sometimes they are back in the office and don't know that you're standing there. When I went to check out I had to make some fake noise to get staff attention.
