Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. An easy walk to a few local pubs and restaurants. Property was clean, safe and quiet. Although the bed was a bit hard, I would definitely would stay here again.

Initial room I was assigned on a non smoking floor had clearly been smoked in (one could tell from outside the hall). How a cleaning person could not notice this is beyond me. How the supervisor who should be checking up on the cleaning staff prior to releasing a room didn't block the room off is inconceivable. Fortunately they gave me a different room so I didn't have to go elsewhere. Rooms themselves are nice. Front desk staff were disorganized and unprepared. Initially put me down for a shuttle an hour after the one I requested... If you need an AM shuttle (particularly the first one at 4AM for an early flight) call ahead before checking in as that fills up quickly and they only run every half hour. It's a small van so few people and less luggage. The next morning the front desk person first told us they had a scale to weigh our bags, then couldn't find it. Suggested we use the one in the fittness center but there actually was none there. Otherwise a pleasant stay but definitely not a 5 star experience. I struggled to give them 4.
