This is my new favorite hotel chain! Everyone who works there, front desk, food prep, custodial services, repair personnel - everyone is genuinely kind and personable. Never got a room. Received reservation confirmation but hotel claimed none was received. I was forced to make a last-minute reservation at a different hotel which ended being a terrible choice due to extreme traffic noise from I25. Very unhappy with the booking process.
