So disappointed
So DISAPPOINTED that we only stayed 2 nights & booked into nearby Rocamar Hotel at considerable expense . On arrival at midnight it was very hard to unlock outer door. Although I had booked a one bedroom apartment, there was no separate bedroom. Strong smell of damp in entrance area. Inside was shabby, the window hard to open as hinges dropped - damage on the window sill. No ‘sea view’ .
The wardrobe doors were stiff to slide open & needed painting. The bedside tables were cheap white stools.
Room service - bag of fresh linen left inside the apartment once. No replacement toilet rolls or bin liners or bin emptying. No stripping of bed.
Can provide supporting photos and receipts.
On plus side, good prompt communications with Host
