We found the staff very accommodating. The hotel was very nice and convenient to the airport. My big complaint is the deceitful way the parking is listed on line. Most places provide free parking if you stay there during your trip. There isn't anything on the web page about a $10 a day fee for parking. I will not be staying there again or recommending your facility.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, which I appreciated. However, my overall experience wasn’t the best because the WiFi never worked during my stay. Since I was traveling from another country, I had to rely on my cellular provider and ended up paying extra just to stay connected to the internet. This was a big inconvenience and definitely affected my stay.

We had a very nice stay at Tru Hilton. We'll definitely use them again if we ever go back to Albany. Very friendly and the shuttle service was great!

Lovely spot in the woods

The only complaint was the noise level. There were sports teams staying there and they were loud. The doors didn't block the sound at all. Hotel was lovely and the staff was friendly. The property backs up to the woods and the leaves were just starting to change colors. It would have been beautiful in a week or so.

Hotel was nice, clean, friendly staff. Unfortunately for a new hotel, my bathroom door was uneven so I couldn’t close it, it would get stuck on the floor and make a horrible noise when trying to close.

We were staying the night before flying out of Albany. Our flight changed and we left very early in the morning . The front desk and shuttle driver were wonderful. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. Will stay next time we are leaving early for the airport.
