More good than anything else.

Front desk staff and breakfast area staff (where a great selection of breakfast foods were offered) were very nice and helpful. The mattresses were not bad, but they were a little wilted ... I've not had a good, firm mattress at any hotel in a long time. The location is convenient, but the parking is a bit wonky.

I thoroughly enjoy staying here when I come into town. I love the bar. I wish the breakfast was an hour later. I miss it every time because I’m too busy getting ready and clearing out.

In addition to being safe, clean, quiet, and peaceful, Hyatt Place staff are especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I have already scheduled my next stay for another few nights. I have traveled a fair amount and stayed in countless hotels. Hyatt Place is one of the few where I felt as comfortable or at home as one might in any hotel or away from home. In particular, some of the professional and personable staff who were notably kind, attentive, and hospitable I would like to name and recognize: Anjali, Dee Dee, and Lanayah at the front desk provided me such assistance consistent with the hotel and its inviting ambience and management. Also, the bartender Chris was equally congenial and pleasant. I had a delicious hamburger and beverage upon arrival, and Chris and I had a friendly, truly enjoyable exchange, talking casually, exchanging pleasantries as I relished my food and drink, relaxed, and replenished myself at the wonderful bar in the lounge. I highly recommend Hyatt Pace for lodging and enjoying your stay in Albany.

Super easy check in with friendly staff with plenty of accommodations. The building felt very secure because you can’t get anywhere near the rooms without a hotel key. The breakfast was really good and the staff was happy to answer any of my allergy questions
