Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and in okay condition. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet. Could not adjust the exercise bike so I could not ride it. The water filter for filtered drinking water was not working. The outlets in my room were loose and my charger would not work.

The bed was a bit too soft for us, we had a stiff back the next day. The room was very clean , reception was super friendly and helpful, water and peanuts were provided at check in for a snack and it was located less than 5 min walk to the mall across the street. Great stay.

I could tell by the smell of the comforters that they were not washed, just made as if it was. Woke up to someone yelling at 3am on the phone in the hallway about a DoorDash order not be delivered and using unacceptable language. Breakfast was good and free, parking is free so that was great.

The service staff at this property were great. The Meal kitchen staff were the best. Very haed working with nice service oriented training. I liked everyone I met on the staff, especially the morning breakfast staff. A young Latina lady there was super hard working! She was so diligent and cleaning always to keep everything tidy. Pleaae give her a raise and promotion!!!! It was a bit noisy from the other guests unfortunately so it was not peaceful. Noisy crying baby next door! People in the halls consistently going in and out of rooms talking loudly. The parking lot needs to be repaved also.

Staff was helpful and friendly, place was clean. The hotel is worn. Feels like it needs updating. There were buttons missing from the elevators, rugs and decor were older and faded. Hotel was conveniently across the street from the Colonie mall, could walk across but the hotel needs some love to bring it up to holiday inn express standards.
