Windows don’t open

Personal at check in were great. Our problems were that the windows don’t open, the first room we were given had a strong odor. They got us a different room and the heavy electric blackout blind was broken and stuck shut. Since it was only one night we stayed in that room. The pool was excellent

The room and property itself was very nice. However, the breakfast consisted of watery oatmeal, cold potatoes and french toast sticks and fake eggs. We stuck with the coffee, juice and yogurt.

Quick trip

I was barely there for 3 hours. My family stayed without me for the majority of our stay. Breakfast options were limited, but I did appreciate that bfast went until 10. The faucet wasn’t attached in our bathroom by anything but the water pipes…it’s just very odd. This seems to be a common occurrence in these hotels. Room was clean, no issues. My 3 hour sleep was lovely.

We were given a handicapped room, which we did not request. The shower head was a gandheld and would not stay in holder. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Breakfast wasnt bad for what was keft. It wasnt refilled.

This property was so comfortable. I loved that it was clean, quiet, and friendly to humans and pets. I also love that Hampton Inn now has more eco and health-friendly personal care products as a rule. And it had a tub, which I love. People were super nice at every turn. Hampton Inn is fast becoming my favorite choice when I need to travel with my dog (which is often!). Thank you, Hampton Inn!
