You get what you pay for but was not expecting dried blood on our bathroom door, cigarette holes in the bedding and a bed that felt like we were sleeping in sand. The hotel is pretty sketchy. I would never stay here again and had to sleep with one eye open. There was loud banging almost as if someone was knocking on our door at around 6:00 am which spooked us and cut our stay short. Our keys were deactivated as soon as we received them and the staff member seemed more than dissatisfied to assist us. We weren’t expecting much for the price but to me these things really are unacceptable and a two star is a stretch. This place needs a massive overhaul to update it and clean it up.

The room I was in had a bag tied over the smoke detector and smelled very smoky. I went to a wedding the next day with the feeling that I was dragging a smoke odor with me everywhere I went.

There was no power in the room and we were put in a different room, but there was no power in the entire building. They said the power would be back on shortly, but it didn’t come on until four in the morning and it was freezing cold. On top of that, there was no breakfast like advertised. No one was available at the desk in the morning when I went to check out.

This hotel was safe. I had an interior room. They catered to my need for a downstairs room. They allowed my dog for an additional $25 per night. The room was clean, the bed was good, and the bathroom looked as though they just received a good ADA grant! Satey bars all over the place. That's a good thing. It was not fancy. There were no amenities. No coffee pot. Oh, there was a fridge and a microwave. The heater worked well. Important in 9-degree weather! B A S I C. But if you are not looking for a resort experience and need a safe place to sleep for the night, this place was VERY AFFORDABLE and good enough. The room was large and spacious, and so was the bathroom.

This place is just horrendous... it feels like war era housing... there were bugs in the refrigerator. The public lounge is barren. The "breakfast" is a coffee machine that mixes hot water with some coffee substance. There were people lurking outside of the building all hours waiting to be buzzed in as if there was some kind of illegal activity going on inside. This was very depressing and admittedly unsettling. I moved out the next morning and paid for ANOTHER HOTEL... so I basically paid for two hotels.

I’ve been here 2 months and only had one bad experience with a room infested with roaches and the front desk staff immediately moved me and I haven’t had much trouble since. A few here and there but nothing compared to what it was. The housekeeping does amazing and the front desk also. Hot coffee, granola bars, and fruit are available for breakfast. My only complaint is having to check in and out every so many days because I relocated here and haven’t found a place yet, so I have quite a few things and it’s getting colder and snowing so I’d rather not especially with kids. Overall a decent hotel and would recommend to others. People smoke but doesn’t bother me, restaurants nearby and I feel safe.
