The first stay was great, however, the second stay, not so much. The first room (on the griund floor), the lock on the window was broken and we could open it from the outside. We did ask for another room and was given one without any issues however, the second rooms window also didnt lock and could be open from the outside. Plus there was ants in the room. ( I do have pictures of those ants.)

Terrible sleep as sound proofing non-existent

Kept awake until 2 am by person in room above. Toilet flushes and shower from that room very loud in my room and their continuous movement could be heard. Insulation/sound proofing extremely poor.

We choose the property for the location to the train station. The value meets my expectation. The continental breakfast was included, very good coffee to start the day.

Awful. Dirty, no one at deal Knew how to check me in. Manager on the phone had to walk her through it. Manager lied and said he’d send my $50 refundable deposit for the TWO STAR room back to me and he did not. This was multiple months ago. No clean towels, no decor. Very depressing and price is mid.
