This place is beautiful. From the old buildings to the privet onsen, and the restaurant, everything was perfect. It is upscale luxury with a very old school vibe. We loved it here!

It is a big hotel with lounge, fireplace and a large reception waiting area. Staff were friendly and onsens good! The buffet breakfast and dinner were great; with local selection as well as western. If you like to drink, there are beers, sake and wine too.

We enjoyed our stay at susuranso, The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us. The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and an amazing hot spring experience, I highly recommend Komagane Kogen Resort Linx.
