The area features some stunning coastal plains, forests and rivers. After staring slack-jawed at nature's artworks, hit up popular tourist sights like ruins. If the weather is putting on a show (or even if it's not), also get out there and enjoy some popular local activities like mountain climbing and hiking.

Looking for things to do? Kick back and spend the day exploring the Sun Sports Plaza and Dacos Bowlingjang. You'll find them in Daegu, 45 kilometres to the north of Aji-ri. If you'd like to visit Daegu, consider the Novotel Ambassador Daegu and Crystal. Or, you could consider staying in Kimhae-si, 45 kilometres to the southeast of Aji-ri, where you'll find the Brown Dot Hotel and Color M Motel. Shineo Bowlingjang and Gimhae Bowlingjang are up there with the most popular attractions to check out in Kimhae-si.

950,000 residents live in Ulsan. You'll find this district 85 kilometres east of Aji-ri. The Hyundai Motors Ulsan Factory, the Jangsaengpo Whale Museum and the Ulsan Museum are local visitor attractions that are worth a look.
