From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, genuine, and attentive. The team’s professionalism and care truly made us feel at home. Special thanks to Vanshika, Tanvi, Yamini, Deepak, Tulsi, Krunal, Binay, and Abhishek — each of them made our stay extra special with their kindness and dedication. We've stayed at many hotels around the world, but the level of personal service we received here truly sets Hyatt Regency apart. Highly recommend, and we can't wait to return!

Excellent hospitality. They make you feel like a King! Loved it! The staff is very attentive and always thee to make your stay better. Indoor swimming pool is good although it’s not fully indoor! Breakfast buffet is huge.

Overall it was great.

The hotel was excellent The club room access was good Only problem was Expedia charged for breakfast in the club room which was complimentary so we were overcharged by Expedia The hotel was not at fault and I would strongly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return but will not book with Expedia again
