We always have the best time at this hotel. The service is impeccable and personalized, the hot springs are amazing, and the food is fantastic.

Wonderful staff, great location, very clean hotel from main lobby to bathrooms to our room. Buffet was good in the morning variety was good. Never had lunch there but did have dinner which there was plenty of options.?Would highly recommend this hotel

The room was wondeful! We had gifts. Service was perfect The food at a terra was incredible Butlers are perfect!

I liked this place! They have a big gym, and the equipment is ok. I worked out every day. It is also a nice area for running, close to the seaside but also the Parque Urbano up the hill. I ate at the breakfast buffet every day. They could use better cereal, like Alpen Muesli, but it was great they had soy milk. Lots of fruits and other options for carnivores. The evening dinner buffet was also super convenient on bad weather days or if you already walked enough. They have a parking garage that is steep to get into and out of, but it is also easy to find parking on the street weekends and mornings/evenings.
