The pool and thermal pool were amazing.

The hotel needs upgrading and the breakfast and dinner are getting worse and worse.

Clean room, pool Turkish bath,and quite area, nice breakfast lovely staff.

From the moment we arrived at NG Afyon, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness and truly 5-star service. The staff are absolutely outstanding – friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The thermal water here is simply the best we’ve ever experienced – pure relaxation and rejuvenation. The breakfast, dinner, and even afternoon tea are all included, and the quality of the food is on par with the best hotels in the world. Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. We especially appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the team – their dedication makes all the difference. Amazing staff, amazing food, and an atmosphere that makes you feel truly pampered. Love, love, love this place – can’t wait to come back! 💛

Fair accommodation for a short stay. Room could use some renovation but it was large, as was the bathroom. Breakfast is buffet-style — you can eat as much as you want, though options are limited. Good value for the money and location.

Very small room. It smells. Windows have child lock ... couldn't open it. Not worth the money. Room looks like a 1* star hotel. But the receptionists are very friendly and helpful
