The service was excellent very friendly people but at the end when I was going inside the hotel, the car run up to me and say are you staying in this hotel and I show him my wristband and he said sorry but everything else was excellent. I love it.

Need some improvements: - my room did not have hot water - VIP swimming pool takes very long to get service - I left an open voucher and was no coordination between the hotel staff and the restaurant on my he beach, - I got a promotion of 15% off but was not valid at sunset restaurant
