Porque me hicieron doble cargo???? Al llegar al hotel pague en efectivo y con tarjeta y hay doble cargo en mi tarjeta

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to walk to nearby in Acapulco but some of the streets were a mess and was covered in rubbish, litter, and spillages. The hotel itself looked not as good as the photos on the Expedia hotel listing. The metal fences sounded the hotel were corroded and rusty. The bedroom ceiling was covered in black mould. The bathroom sink was covered in mold behind the taps. The toilet, the shower and the sink looked old. The shower head was corroded and rusty and it looked as though it had not been cleaned or maintained in years. There was only plug socket to charge your phone. The view from the bathroom faced a brick wall with heat pumps or commercial fan units between the hotel room and another hotel room across from me. The curling fan was not wired up correctly and did not function. The air conditioning unit looked old and the remote control for the air conditioning unit had a damaged LCD display. The TV did work but it had a circle spot on it where something had clearly damaged the TV. The hotel room smelt bad sometimes and the smell would only disappear after using the conditioning.

Un lugar para dormir y bañarse...el transporte a la costera pasa justo enfrente y hay mucha opcion a comer muy barata el rededor Playas cerca y se siente relativamente seguro el area... no es un lugar para gente exigente es algo austero y se ve viejo ya el hotel pero limpian a diario...el agua huele mal y nunca me lave la boca con ella usaba agua potable de envase Lo usaba solo para llegar a dormir y bañarme asi que por el precio estuvo bien y no me qurjo

Too many steps...not easy access to rooms. Noisy road and barking dogs backstreet windows. Bad wifi, horrible tv cable, lack of warm or hot water.

Excellent stay—you won’t be disappointed.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the marina and the beach. There’s an OXXO right next door and several food vendors on the corner. The staff was very friendly, great TV and WiFi reception, and the place was ridiculously clean. Very secure, off street parking.

En general buena, pero deben tener mas limpieza

En general fue buena, pero si deben tener mas limpieza. Las camas tenían polvo, sobre todo en las sabanas ya que daban un aspecto sucio, estaban manchadas y cuando llegamos había un bicho muerto tipo mariposa en una de las camas y así me la entrego el encargado sin que le importara nada sin inmutarse por lo polvorienta de las camas. Me gastaría que haya mas limpieza, sean mas amables y consientes del servicio que prestan para que uno se anime a ir nuevamente a ese hotel. En cuanto a transporte hay mucho, pasan muchos camiones y taxis, esta cerca el zócalo, la playa, te puedes ir caminando, hay centros comerciales cerca como Walmart, tiendas como Oxxo, entretenimiento, diversiones y puntos turísticos como la quebrada, puedes caminar y llegar a ellos en pocos minutos. Tiene mucha accesibilidad, esta sobre una de las avenidas principales, pero a la vez es cómodo para dormir porque las habitaciones están al fondo, no se oye ruido la alberca es honda y de buena longitud, esta cerca de la avenida, de hecho hay tres, dos pequeñas.

Hotel de Espantos

Las fotos del Hotel no están actualizadas, hoy en día parece Hotel de espanto, son casi unas ruinas, la alberca ya está muy acabada, no hay césped si no huevas. Las habitaciones con las paredes mal pintadas, con salitre y sucias. El lavamanos simple, no cuenta con tocador, básicamente solo hay una cama y las toallas más viejas que el holocausto. En realidad, no es broma, parece un hotel abandonado de espantos.
