Families or groups will love the Delatite Family Suite - two rooms (king suite and bunk room) sleeping eight. This is the perfect option for budget conscious visitors ? working out at around $45 per person! For larger groups, you can book additional rooms - select from the Stirling Suite (sleeps two) or Buller Suite (sleeps three).

For smaller groups, couples and singles, select from our four stunning suites:

Delatite Suite (sleeps five) with king bed or king singles, fold out sofa bed and room for a trundle. Shared bathroom (with the bunk room).

Delatite Bunk Room - perfect kids room or bunk room for group bookings, this comfortable room sleeps up to four, with heating, ceiling fan, private TV and bathroom (shared with Delatite Suite).

Buller Suite with king bed or king singles (and room for a trundle) this spacious room sleeps up to three, with heating, ceiling fans, private TV, double ensuite bathroom large picture windows framing stunning views and starry, starry nights.

Stirling Suite - this beautiful suite sleeps two, featuring a queen bed with heating, ceiling fans, private TV, double ensuite bathroom (with double showers) and leather tub chairs. In this beautiful country setting, leave your blinds open to enjoy a moonlit night and peaceful dawn.

All guests have free access to our big central living area and wide verandas, with all the comforts of home including full laundry facilities. Plus a delicious continental style breakfast every morning, all inclusive.

Getting There
Via Maroondah Highway two hours north east of Melbourne. When you get to Mansfield, drive straight through town past the Botanic Gardens on the left then turn right into Mt Battery Road. Rosedale House one minute up the road, the last driveway on the bitumen.
